Story:

Distant Empire's best bounty hunter.  Reece turns down the chance to hunt down Mind Master so he can focus on tracking Grant (the leader of the organized crime syndicate that plagues the cities.  

Return from reconnaissance, Reece find his fellow bounty hunters slaughtered by a gang of called the Cyclones, who then took over the Distant Empire facility.  He systematically retook his home base in a tactical strike the Cyclones could not with stand.

Knowing he must find skilled fighters to rebuild Distant Empire, Reece sets out to find new recruits and try and take down Grant once and for all.
